[aprssig] Xastir or WinAPRS questions

	Yes WinAPRS has this capability

	there are at least 3 different lat/lon varioations that APRS supports

	MicE encoded
	APRS Posit report, this is a format defined by APRS which is simple
		lat/lon human readable
