There's a Microsoft Virtual Machine version of Xastir/Linux floating
around now.  There's also a VMWare Player image of Xastir/Linux
that's ready to go.

I've heard that the VMWare version of Xastir is quite a bit faster
than Windows/Cygwin/Xastir too.
