Just curious.  I've noticed objects of boats along waterways such as
Delaware River in Philadelphia and Hudson River in New York.  The object
owner is VA3ROM-1 and the icon is a boat.  I was just wondering if it's some
sort of location service for boats and does it interface another service
with APRS.
