No doubt, and there are others.  Over the years there have been many other
"groups", mailing lists, email reflectors relating in some way or another to
APRS and there still are.

However, continuously for more than a dozen years since December 1994, this
TAPR APRSSIG is still the primary international forum to which everybody
interested in APRS returns.

For one more example of other special interest groups, the HTAPRS "Hot
Technology" mailing list here at TAPR comes to mind.  <grin>  It also was a
fine place for D700 matters.
