[aprssig] PCSAT Still Chirpin' ?

What time of day is PCSAT passing lately; and 
how useful is it/has it been ?

I would like to give a listen for it, and possibly use
my scanner to Gate over the Beacon from it, onto local
APRS Digi...IF it's still alive.

If I do that, what should the Path be; if it's just
sending telemetry ? (or does that matter ?)
