[aprssig] APRS Status messages.

Hi there,

Just a random thought..

After finally a) buying some aprs ready hardware, and b) getting it  
all working...I was looking through the menu on the handheld (th-d7a)  
and I came across status messages..and I thought APRS status  
messages...Internet Messaging and Presence without the Internet!

So far APRS has renewed my interest in amateur radio.
