[aprssig] APRS Wiki vandalism

I had that problem, but solved it by adding a CAPTCHA
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Captcha). I wonder if this would work to
secure the wiki from bots. I have the PHP scripts I wrote to do it, if
someone wants them.
