[aprssig] local repeater initiative and GPS waypoints

I've set up a couple of these objects now, according to the guidelines.
It seems that the D7 doesn't treat these as worthy of sending waypoints
to the GPS (unlike other items).

Is that consistent with what other people see? Some people would like
to get waypoint output so they can see all the objects on the
GPS screen ... is there an alternative format that would
accomplish that?

Or is this working for everyone else and I've got something screwed up?
