On WED 25 July will be an APRS balloon launch from the DELMARVA
penninsula near Salisbury Maryland.  East coast launches are
rare.

Midday on Tuesday some low-power 433.92 MHz "cricket-sats" may
also be launched. See the web page:

AMSAT volunteers will operate an HF net also on 3860 KHz during
the launches.  Local coordination will be on the 146.82 repeater
(PL 156).

WB4APR-9 will be the primary tracking chase vehicle.  Winds are
light and maybe it will fall on land.  If it goes to sea, we
have no boats available..
