[aprssig] APRS on Field Day

I remember in tbe last Field Day the ARRL posted special instructions 
for APRS. I don't have my copy anymore, and don't remember the 
specifics, but I do remember that Field Day stations were to operate on 
a different frequency using no I-Gates.

Is this going to be required again this year? The reason why I'm asking 
is that last year I heard no one at all on the Field Day frequency, and 
on the second day I gave up & went back to 144.39.
