[aprssig] Compatible GPS for waypoint upload?

What I heard was that it was only fixed for NMEA mode, not Garmin binary
mode.  Have you tried both?

The 276c used to give sequentially numbered waypoints, but that was
corrected when I complained... please, please let's not muddy the waters....
it was fixed.
