Sorry, with less than a dozen symbols left, I doubt the small
popularity of seaplanes would be the best use of the remaining
symbol base.  One of the airplane symbols is overlayable.  Thus
you can overlay "S" on the symbol to indicate a Seaplane.

The overlayable characters allow us to have up to 26 definitions
for each such symbol.
