[aprssig] Short Ranges

When I first set up APRS+SA and then connected to the internet with it, 
I used to get APRS stations that showed up world wide. Now I seen to 
only see stations within 500 miles. This was true in California, and it 
is now true in Texas. I do not knowingly have on a range filter. What is 
going on?
