[aprssig] Balloon Paths again...

The Open Tracker in this balloon was set to switch to WIDE2-2 above 1000
meters altitude.  The GPS failed, however, shortly after flight and so the
Open Tracker never switched to the other path.

Stuff happens, ya know...  :)
