I cannot answer that directly, but one thing for sure is that NO program should be logging packets to file WITHOUT ASSIGNING A TIME-OF-RECEIPT time stamp.

This makes sense to me.
Is there a standard format to follow when logging a time-of-receipt to a text file?  I'm having difficulty finding it and could use a push in the right direction.  Thank you!  MJ
