The telnet client that ships with Win2K is a command line utility. It *appears* to send a text file if appended to the command using <textfile.txt after The port number. -----Original Message----- From: aprssig-bounces at lists.tapr.org [mailto:aprssig-bounces at lists.tapr.org] On Behalf Of Wes Johnston, AI4PX Sent: Saturday, March 31, 2007 12:06 To: TAPR APRS Mailing List Subject: [aprssig] telnet client Does anyone know of a telnet client for win32 that can be commanded from a command line to send a text file upon connecting to a server? The application is to allow a program I've written to create some info on some aprs objects, then make a telnet program connect to the aprs IS (or local server copy of aprs) and send the data line by line. It would then disconnect and return to the command prompt. Any ideas? Wes -- In theory there is no difference between practice and theory. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
