[aprssig] Programming my Kenwood TH-D7AG for ISS Packet??

I'm not sure if you can set the mode, packet baud rate and all that.  I put up a script for uiview32 a while ago.  

I kinda want to put together a script that'll shift set-ups for the different functions.  

Then you just feed them to a dumbterm program (HyperTerminal).
