[aprssig] APRS on GO-32

Hi,

XYL was away this weekend so opened the manuals and got everything  
figured out.  I've rx-ed GO-32 and managed to even get a beacon  
through myself on the last two passes.

I was curious if there is a 'stats' page in a similar vein to PCSAT?  
as xastir should be gating to the APRS-IS all traffic received.
