[aprssig] State Coordination and APRS Local INfo

APRS State Web pages:

Seeing the excellent New Mexico APRS web page summary, I
realized I would like to have a page of links to each State APRS
web page (if any).

APRS is all about LOCAL information.  A State, or ARRL sectional
summary would be a great resource.  If your state has a favoirte
APRS summary page, plase send me the link and I will add it to
my web pages.

I have links so far to all the Pacific Northwest and New Mexico.
