[aprssig] 70cm 9K6 radio?

Greetings -

Since there seems to be no good packet list, I hope someone here will 
have some suggestions.

"My" old Kantronics data radio has died and needs replacement. Can 
anyone suggest a reasonable 70cm radio that is 9K6 ready? I would 
prefer NOT to use a mobile because it is to be located on a hospital 
roof and, on occasion, will be powered by the building's emergency 
power system. Cost is an issue, as always. The application only needs 
5-7W output and is driven from a KPC9612 (with the second port on 2M). 
The other end of the link is another Kantronics data radio.
