[aprssig] Minimum Deluo operating voltage

Hello

Does someone have experience with the minimum operating voltage the 
Deluo GPS will operate at. It is stated 5V +- 20%. I would like to 
operate it at 4.5 volts if possible. This is the basic Deluo WASS GPS 
not the version with thePRO SiRF Star III chip set..
