WRT"SL"54G has 32MB RAM and 8 MB Flash.  Folks have upgraded the RAM to 64 MB.

The JNOS computer I first used to watch the 10.151 APRS signals on had
640K ram and a 25 MB hard drive.  The technology has certainly
changed.
