[aprssig] IGPS RFID tags at 915 MHz

Found an IGPS pallet in the dumster.
Googled it and found it is a 4' square black plastic pallet with embedded 915 MHz passive RFID tag.

I wonder how that works?

Apparently these cost $50 so I wonder if there is a return value for bringing one in, since the whole point of them is to be re-useable and traceable.
