[aprssig] APRS coordinators

The local Repeater Initiative WEB page contains a link to
individuals that have volunteered to be a point of contact for
APRS activity in their areas.  For Italy, I have just added

Marco Bombelli - IK2CHZ/K2CHZ (ARI APRS Manager) 

So if any other states or countrys do not have a coordinator and
someone wants to volunteer to stand up and lead APRS in their
area, let me know.
