[aprssig] Firmware Update TM-710A&E Operation Panel Update

For those who do not know how to follow links and to keep the Kenwood  
site from getting tens of extra hits.


Updated items : (Version 1.00  1.01)
   	Updated the following feature.
   	
   	When 6th digit of the QSY (frequency) information in the received  
APRS status text message is not a numeric character, then replace  
with "0"(zero) automatically.
(For APRS status text message sent from other than TM-D710A/E)
   	Revised the following symptom.
   	
   	"MY POSITION" which is copied from the GPS data might not be  
stored correctly when the transceiver is turned off.
   	This firmware update revises the above items only.
