I listened the last 2 evenings. I just heard a couple squeaks. Wondering if it's transmitting, or what. Of course, I have to stand out in my yard like a doofus with a headlamp, and can't wait till the new 1/4 wave "base" antenna comes in the mail. (Then I can sit in my shack.) If I can remember the settings: APRS: 9600 baud Mic-e Message: Committed Transmit A band, Receive B Band Message: "TH-D7A(G)" RADIO/TNC: IGNORE DCD Everything except the 9600 baud (and receive on B band) is in the vain hope that the uplink will work. Haven't had much success, so I can't guarantee it's right. ---- "Ken H>" <sailingtoo at gmail.com> wrote: > John, How about sharing with us simple folk the settings you used for your > D7AG - I have a D700A and would like to try that also. > > 73 de Ken H> K9FV > > > On 10/9/07, John Vause <jdv at iglou.com> wrote: > > > > Received the three beacons from GO-32 on the 10/09/07 21:05 pass over > > my QTH > > (max EL 47 deg) using D7AG and a RD-98 15.5" whip. > > > > 73 de John KF4ERV > > > > -- > > > > > > > > _______________________________________________ > > aprssig mailing list > > aprssig at lists.tapr.org > > https://lists.tapr.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/aprssig > > -- -Al Gerheim HP-49G+ Software Page: http://members.cox.net/above
