I'm as guilty as hell for not even bothering to look for a manufacturer. Guess I'm lucky I have a local importer that did the leg work :-) All humour aside, they're a good supply for ham radio shacks. I didn't mention in my original posting that they're adjustable from 3-15V and there is a bottom mounted slide switch to select pre-set 13.8. Ray vk2tv
