[aprssig] D710 PTT mode (or D700?)

Re 710 stopping scanning on beacon TX - I have spoken to Kenwood UK who have in turn spoken to Japan and confirmed it happens but it shouldn't (ie a bug) - lets hope a fix is forthcoming ..
