[aprssig] ISS digipeater is on again

All day today and yesterday, ISS digipeater is on.  So just QSY
your APRS rig to 145.825 (same as Pcsat and ANDE) and you should
get digipeated during a pass.  Path is via ARISS, though maybe
WIDEn-N will work.  Havnt tried it.

Next passes are approximately
1630 PDT 1730 MDT, 1830 CDT or 1940 EDT
1800 PDT 1900 MDT, 2000 CDT
1930 PDT

Then fun begins with 6 more passes tomorrow starting 1145 EDT
etc...

Signals are very strong on 2 meters.  Should get 6 minutes of
solid copy from other APRS stations.
