Drats, as soon as I sent this out, the next pass it was off again. Actually it is there, Txing a beacon every minute, but it is not listening... Maybe they used the radio for a school contact and forgot to completely reconfigure it back for packet. > All day today and yesterday, ISS digipeater is on.
