[aprssig] Kenwood D700 suggested settings?

  Jack,

  If you have Excel 97 or later, I have a spreadsheet that does memories and
controls the radio.  It's a bit crude, and as yet incomplete, but you're
welcome to use the current version. I have quite a bit of cleanup, but am
currently focusing on on a version for he TH-F6.
