I try to never, ever, post off-topic. But sometimes I do. This thread has been vaguely interesting, and yes, I have a few mechanic's 6 inch scales in tenths of an inch, wonder why the US never went metric but we now have flight decks instead of cockpits, etc. What really caused me to post was this hilarious and related off-off-off topic 'Amero' thing I got today, explaining how 'the government' is secretly conspiring to combine the US, Canada, and Mexico. 'Proof positive'? The Amero coin. There is a 2 Amero coin in the set, along with the other standard US denominations.... http://www.halturnershow.com/AmeroCoinArrives.html They do exist. They are from a legit coin designer, but are only a fantasy at this time: http://www.oldthinkernews.com/Articles/oldthinker%20news/amero_coin_con.htm and so it goes. I won't post any followups or answers. I kinda mostly promise. Mike Galgano KB7PUX
