Ever see the British show Connections?

They introduced two seemingly different concepts at the beginning of  
the show and by the end of the show, you understood how they are  
connected.

I'm sure that somehow, all this medical malpractice crap must be  
related to APRS.  We'll just have to wait and see how it all ties  
together.
