They didn't provide the MX614P for our country.
The sales representatives always request to bought the chip.
Unfortunedly here the MX614P rather expensive than TCM. 

Perhaps,someone had/grap info about the MCS-51 as TNC controller with 
TCM3105NL?I had only the IC possition not the schematic.
