Or you could very well be successful every time, but because you
are hearing TWO digis that are bto hearing you, then you are
seeing a collision with YOUR packet on evrey try.  When I don't
see "MYPOS" I also look at the Smeter.   If I see an Smeter
response to every one of my packets, even if it does not decode,
then usally that means I am making it.  And its just that my
geography at that location is always getting a s
collision.

Hence the remainig advice is helpful...
