Actually, it takes about 1.21 gigawatts for the Flux Capacitor to work
properly. Anything less than that and you would just be accused of street
racing. ;-)

PS - Flux Capacitors will become obsolete in the year 2015. After that, you 
will be able to get them on eBay for about $1.95 plus $25 shipping.
