That seems to be the difficulty any more. Units either
have great voice navigation (like the AVN-7000) or they
have an NMEA output - but there seem to be none with
both.

Is there a portable "Navigation Device" which the XYL can use to find out where to go shopping including a display, voice and a serial NEMA output for me. I see self contained units with the ability to upload maps etc via USB but have not found any that I can use with a D700 or D7 radio. Thanks.
