It's entirely done by the TNC, so it's not a UI-View or cabling problem between the TNC and the PC. Any KISS TNC controls the TXD line all by itself. Therefore it needs to handle the busy detect on the radio side all by itself. This sort of information does not go back and forth to the PC via the KISS protocol at all. Other than that, I can't help you solve the problem.
