I just queried the DNS for rotate.aprs2.net several times in a row, and the list was sorted into a different and seemingly random order each time. I did come across a page that indicated that using "round robin" for more than 5 servers could cause problems, but it was a bit vague. I also read somewhere that UDP DNS messages should be less than 512 bytes or they would be truncated - hi!
