Due to some IGates improperly filtering stations with non-numeric SSIDs
from being gated to RF, I have added support for WHO-15 to my "whois"
server.  Now, you can send a message to either WHO-IS or WHO-15 to
lookup a callsign.  More information is at
http://www.aprs-is.net/whois.htm  The short response is always one line
and the long response ('f' command) is always 3 lines or less.  The
responses are free from any advertising which can clutter up a busy
channel.  The data is accessed directly from the QRZ.com database (not
"screen scraping").
