Yes it was intentional. I wanted to see if that indeed was causing problems for clients. Seems that it is causing a problem for at least one of our clients! There have been 20+ addresses in the rotate scheme for 4 years and this is the first I have heard of any problems. However, we will re-evaluate the configuration of the rotate address and I'll get back to you all.
