[aprssig] GO-32 ?

What's the latest on GO32 APRS?  I read Bob's pages on the bird, and I heard it a couple times, but couldn't decode anything with my trusty D7.  

In a month or two, I'll have a 1/4 wave whip for my home station, and it'll be available for use as a downlink station.  

Any instructions or requests?
