[aprssig] My Kenwood TM-D710 has arrived

Now, to get it mounted in my wife's van without objection!  I want to
put it in the van because that is the vehicle we typically use for
trips out of town.  The antenna and GPS are ordered from other
vendors, I hope they get hear soon.  For now, I have a mag mount to
get started, and I'll manually enter the position of the parked van.

I'd like to put APRS in my daily commuter car too but another TM-D710
is out of the question for now.
