[aprssig] Off track GPS solved

Hi All,
           Many thanks for all who offered suggestions and help.

The problem was a wrong X in a box within Ui-View, 

WGS-84 to OSGB-36 .

I am now within the 10 mtr error margin .

As I didn't set this up I went through the setup today and found the error.
