Semi-OT, but
   Then hamfest talk-ins would be the same as well as talking on the air about
Club meetings that have a raffle/auction etc.  No?  
If the club isn't a business, perhaps it's ok ??  

If it's not abused and on one complains, is probably the bottom line.
