Do you have it in HTML or PDF format as well for people that don't like 
to open word processor documents, or even in plain text format? Also, an 
"up-to-date APRS spec" where all the various addendums have been 
incorporated in one place would be nice. Don't forget - the original 
"spec" still calls it "Automatic Position Reporting System" so it would 
be nice to clean that up.
