Whoa! So much for that idea!
Isn't there a sound card program out there somewhere that
receives the data form a scanner and puts it on a map? If we could
come up with something like that, and a "bridge" to put icons on just
the local APRS map I'd be happy with it. No need to stream it
anywhere except 127.0.0.1.
