[aprssig] No APRS in Louisville, KY

I'm on my 5th trip this year across mid and eastern US via I-64 (N0JUH-4 
this trip) - and again noticed the lack of APRS activity going through 
Louisville, KY.  It seems odd that a city of that size should be an APRS 
dead zone.  Is an alternate freq in use there? A local ordinance 
prohibiting APRS? :)
