Actually, I just monitored all packets for 25 minutes and this tempest in a teapot is probablly not really an issue. Only 2 stations were sending positionless weather. The other 18 were all sending the complete format, so most of the time it looks like you will get WX you can use in the mobile. I think only MacAPRS and WinAPRS transmit the positionless format anyway and there are not many of those left. Bob, WB4APR
