Maybe.. There are a bunch of voltage regulators on the market for 10 volts that would work fine in an automobile. You could build a 10 volt power supply (especially low current, like this one) for a few dollars. Someone who knew what they were doing (not me!) could probably do it for pennies. But if you're interested, I'll sell 10 volt power supplies for $80 each! hi hi
